Senior Data Consultant Assetplanning - Fluvius
Description
The Asset Planning Expertise service within Fluvius Network Management is responsible for the asset budgeting process across five disciplines (E/G/OV/Rio/Warmte). It takes asset management guidelines into account when preparing budgets. The consultant contributes to budget preparation and monitoring. The work supports both internal customers and the wider organisation.
The assignment advances digitalisation of the budget process and integration of the current Excel budget file into FDIP as the central source. The consultant establishes a Databricks foundation in line with Fluvius standards and translates the Excel solution into a central database. Budget changes must retain historical information, including through SCD Type 2. Adjustments, decisions, assumptions and scenarios must remain sufficiently traceable.
The consultant collects and analyses information from applications and internal and external parties. Technical and financial support contributes to the budget and multiyear investment plan. Close stakeholder collaboration, advice, training and communication support implementation. The consultant also acts as an independent facilitator and coordinator, with potential involvement in a later interface above Databricks.
