Description

SMALS is looking for a Senior Functional Analyst to strengthen its teams during a major business transformation programme. You will participate in both application hand-over projects and greenfield developments while working within an Agile environment. The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, project managers and development teams.

You will analyse existing business processes, gather functional and non-functional requirements, prepare functional analyses, user stories, test plans and documentation, and ensure successful delivery of new applications and functionalities. You will also support solution validation and risk management throughout the project lifecycle.

This long-term freelance mission is based in Brussels with hybrid working (3 days homeworking). Candidates should possess strong communication skills, excellent analytical capabilities and be comfortable working in complex enterprise environments.
