Description

SPW Digital is reinforcing the team coordinating the digitisation of urban planning, environmental and combined permits. The Project Manager supports the designated Programme Manager on technical projects already underway or about to start. The programme also draws on people and expertise from SPW Digital, SPW ARNE and SPW TLPE.

The assignment covers several projects simultaneously, from pre-study and offer coordination to operational production handover. Delivery requires close cooperation with business stakeholders, the sub-programme team and the permit digitisation coordination team. The broader team includes a Programme Manager, analysts and testers, a lead for change, communication and training, and other Project Managers assigned to specific missions; the mission description also identifies an analyst, Change Manager and Test Coordinator.

The position is full time and hybrid, based at Boulevard Ernest Melot 50 in Namur. Applicants must be willing to work on site at least 60% of the time, more if needed, and travel within Wallonia when projects require it. The stated assignment duration is two months, starting as soon as possible and ending on 19 December 2026. This is a team request requiring proposals for both the Project Manager and the separate Business Analyst and Tester position before submission.
