Description

BNP Paribas Fortis is seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master to support a squad operating in the CRM domain. Acting as both Scrum Master and Delivery Lead, you will ensure Agile principles are correctly applied while maximizing the effectiveness and performance of the team. You will help create an environment where collaboration, continuous improvement and delivery excellence thrive.

You will oversee the delivery of infrastructure and tooling supporting bank-wide marketing communications and CRM activities. The role includes facilitating Scrum ceremonies, improving operational stability, managing risks and issues, and ensuring that Agile governance supports the successful delivery of business objectives. You will also contribute to innovation initiatives involving cloud-native applications and AI-driven capabilities.

The position requires a strong communicator capable of bridging technical and business stakeholders. You will coach team members, resolve conflicts, support the Product Owner and help the squad become increasingly self-organized. This assignment offers exposure to modern technologies, Agile transformation and strategic initiatives within a major financial institution.
