Description

Within the Technical Equipment division of Facility Management, you will help optimize the technical infrastructure of BNP Paribas Fortis branches and headquarters. The mission combines electrical and data environments with reporting, visualization, and smart-building development. You will support experts in modernizing lighting, automation, and IT network systems. The role contributes directly to innovation and the energy transition.

The initial focus is reporting and data analysis: extracting and cleaning data, structuring information, automating standardized reports, and creating dynamic dashboards. You will collaborate with IT teams to integrate data from existing building-management systems. The mission also includes technical support for intelligent lighting, networks, and data cabling. Energy-consumption analysis and technical alarm creation and transfer are part of the broader scope.

Over time, the position is designed to build capability in industrial automation and graphical solutions. You will learn and work with PLC, KNX and DALI concepts, GTB/BMS interfaces, and energy dashboards through internal training and innovative projects. The environment requires autonomy, rigor, problem solving, teamwork, curiosity, and clear communication. On-site presence in Brussels is mandatory for the first three to four months, after which 50% telework may be possible.
