Description

As a Business Analyst (Expert) at BNP Paribas Fortis, you will support transversal business functions in a large banking environment with strong focus on financial security. You will be responsible for elicitation, analysis, and documentation of business, stakeholder, solution, and transition requirements. A key part of the mission is maintaining a clear overview of issues and streams such as DRQ, DQI, and KYC remediation. You will ensure requirements remain consistent, up to date, and actionable throughout delivery. Your work will directly support compliance and operational effectiveness.

You will work closely with product owners, architects, project managers, and subject matter experts to understand business and technology strategies and translate them into clear deliverables. This includes analysing and designing business processes, defining detailed product requirements, and producing high-quality use cases. You will contribute to defining metrics and performance goals for applications, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical implementation. You will also serve as a liaison to the business community, ensuring stakeholders remain engaged and informed. Strong collaboration and structured communication are essential in this role.

You will actively manage requirements traceability, supporting impact and coverage analysis across the lifecycle. You will participate in quality management reviews of designs, prototypes, and requirements work products to confirm they fulfil the intended needs. You will support testing by translating requirements into test conditions and expected results for product, performance, and user acceptance testing. You will also plan and execute the requirements management strategy, driving business analysis activities through all phases. The mission is hybrid, with an expectation of 50% on-site and 50% homeworking.
