Context

As a Change Manager at Sibelga, you will be responsible for leading and implementing change management strategies across strategic initiatives. You will define communication, training, and stakeholder engagement actions, working closely with project teams and leadership. This role requires the creation of clear, impactful communication materials and the organization of events to support organizational change efforts.

Your work will involve analyzing change impacts, defining plans in collaboration with program managers, and ensuring effective adoption of technological and cultural transformations. You will interact with stakeholders at all levels, acting as a bridge between operational teams and leadership. Your flexibility and strong organizational skills will be key in managing change in a complex environment.

You will also contribute to the broader mission of the People Strategy & Change Office, supporting workshops, coaching sessions, and promoting AGILE methods. Working in a public-sector context, you will provide guidance to field teams and support ongoing cultural and strategic initiatives within the organization.

Description

As a Change Manager, you will lead strategic change delivery across a portfolio of transformation programs. You'll develop and implement structured approaches to manage organizational change, taking a hands-on role in communication, training, stakeholder alignment, and adoption strategies. You'll work within a strong team of professionals in a hybrid setup, supporting both leadership and field teams.

Your responsibilities will include assessing readiness, crafting change journeys, and collaborating with the communications team to ensure clear and engaging materials. As a key member of the Change Office, you’ll support cultural initiatives and change-oriented coaching sessions while promoting agile methodologies across supported projects. Public sector experience is highly valued for this mission.

To succeed in this role, you will combine experience with proven methodologies like ADKAR/PROSCI, with strong interpersonal skills and resilience to navigate resistance. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, ensuring that all levels of the organization are engaged and aligned during change efforts. Experience with Belgian public services and technical teams is a must.
