Chef de projet CLM & PKI (H/F/X)
Description
ETNIC, the IT operator of the Fédération Wallonie-Bruxelles, is launching a project to automate the lifecycle management of qualified digital certificates and establish a private PKI for internal certificates. The wider initiative consists of mapping and diagnosis, a proof of concept with the Sectigo certification authority, and a deployment phase subject to a Go/No-Go milestone. The Project Manager will lead the first two phases and prepare the organization for the deployment decision.
The role coordinates development, infrastructure, security and ITIL/monitoring teams across organizational boundaries. It includes supervising the inventory of certificate-bearing assets, the risk assessment report, the Sectigo proof of concept and the deployment business case. The consultant will also coordinate architects, security/PKI experts and infrastructure engineers while establishing transverse project governance.
The Project Manager is responsible for planning and progress monitoring as well as budget follow-up and reporting to the management committee. The assignment is hybrid in Brussels and is advertised administratively as part-time 2/5, while the detailed mission text describes it as half-time. The administrative section gives an end date of 31 December 2026 and a five-month duration, while the detailed mission states a minimum of seven months for phases 1 and 2.
