Description
BNP Paribas Fortis is seeking an experienced IT DevOps Coach to support the transformation of its IT organization toward highly autonomous product development teams. The mission focuses on improving development, testing, deployment, and release practices by embedding DevOps principles across squads and tribes. The role requires a strong end-to-end understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle combined with hands-on technical expertise.
As a DevOps Coach, you will train and guide teams in software craftsmanship, CI/CD, BDD/TDD, agile testing, and trunk-based development. You will assess current ways of working, identify pain points, and help teams build concrete improvement plans using proven methodologies such as value stream mapping and impact mapping. You work closely with other DevOps coaches to ensure consistency and continuous improvement across the organization.
You will also act as a bridge between development teams and tooling teams, ensuring optimal use of existing platforms for continuous integration, automated deployment, testing, security scanning, and release management. By staying up to date with industry standards and innovations, you will actively propose evolutions that strengthen delivery performance and engineering excellence within BNP Paribas Fortis.
