Description
The Federal Police CISO is responsible for information security, including the ISMS, risk management, compliance and governance. The Microsoft E5 Implementation & Security Program Manager works within the CISO Office and supports this mandate. The assignment focuses on a considered, secure and manageable rollout of the Microsoft full E5 licence. The consultant coordinates implementation towards IT while preserving the respective responsibilities of ICT services and the CISO.
The consultant plans and coordinates the E5 rollout, monitors progress and dependencies, and works technically with ICT services and suppliers. The role detects risks, bottlenecks and challenges and proposes control measures. It also monitors configuration, identity and access management, governance, supplier activity and licence usage. Clear reporting, decision documentation and collaboration with stakeholders, especially the local police, are central to the assignment.
Key deliverables include an agreed E5 roadmap and plan, periodic progress and risk reports, and agreements on configuration, governance and management of the E5 environment. The consultant also prepares acceptance and handover files from project to operations and develops a change and adoption approach. The work creates input and continuity for follow-up projects such as the SecaaS assignment. The role is full time and hybrid in Brussels, working in the CISO Office in close cooperation with ICT services (DRI).

- Hold a bachelor or master degree, for example in computer science/information systems, or equivalent through experience.
- Active knowledge of Dutch or French is required.
- Active knowledge of English is required.
Technical skills
- Assess E5 configuration, identity, access and security workloads at expert level.
