Description
Alpha Credit is seeking a Process Engineer to support the optimization of operational processes within its B2B Individuals departments. The selected consultant will bring expertise in process evaluation, improvement, documentation, and coaching of team leaders. The goal is to enhance service quality, improve internal workflows, and guide teams through change management.
You will collaborate closely with teams to align their operations with strategic goals, define competency matrices, and set up scalable adaptation paths. Coaching of team leaders is key to developing their managerial effectiveness and improving daily operations, especially in call center contexts. In addition, the Process Engineer will set up performance indicators and monitor quality to ensure continuous improvement.
This mission also includes supporting the rollout of new services, driving change management, and mitigating risks linked to operational transformation. The environment is dynamic and requires a consultant with strong communication, analytical, and facilitation skills. Fluency in both French and Dutch is essential, with a 50% on-site presence in Brussels.
