Process Management Officer - BNP Paribas Fortis (Brussels)
Description
BNP Paribas Fortis is looking for an experienced Process Management Officer for a mission within the new Marketing & Communication department. The mission focuses on creating and documenting a new process governance framework for the department. It also includes updating processes that existed before the reorganization and creating new processes where needed. The role requires a structured professional who can translate business needs into clear, usable process documentation.
You will define and analyze existing business models using proven process modeling techniques and methods. You will manage end-to-end process descriptions, covering both AS IS and TO BE situations. The assignment includes designing high-level processes and detailing them further into clear work instructions. You will also review and update existing process descriptions, model data and supporting documentation.
The role combines process governance, process optimization, document management and accurate reporting to management. You will be expected to coach stakeholders and contribute to a quality-minded way of working. Strong communication skills in Dutch, French and English are required. The work setup is hybrid, with 50% on site in Brussels and 50% homeworking.
