Description

As the Head of PMO at i-CITY, you will lead a team responsible for managing project portfolios, ensuring their strategic alignment with business objectives and innovation goals. You will define and maintain governance frameworks in coordination with the Demand Management Office (DMO), while also managing resource allocation, risk, and organizational priorities.

You will oversee the creation of a cross-functional portfolio in collaboration with business and IT departments, supervise consultancy contracts from selection to deliverable validation, and support the drafting of business cases and their ongoing alignment with client expectations.

Finally, you will coach project managers on methodologies and deliverables, lead steering committees, produce reporting dashboards, and consolidate project data to support executive decision-making.

This Programme Director (PMO) role offers a unique opportunity to make a strategic impact in public sector transformation. With a high level of autonomy, you will directly shape the structure and performance of i-CITY’s project portfolios. You will work in a hybrid environment based in Brussels while driving standardization, governance, and coaching across the organization.
