Description

As Project Manager for the Verdi Migration stream at Athora Belgium, you will take charge of onboarding, commercial migration, and distribution readiness within a high-stakes regulatory and insurance environment. You will design and manage detailed plans across the three key tracks, ensuring governance milestones and reporting duties are completed accurately and on time. Collaboration with business analysts, product managers, and external partners will be central to your responsibilities.

From coordinating alignment meetings to ensuring timely communication to brokers and clients, your role is pivotal to the migration's success. You will identify risks, manage dependencies, track deliverables, and escalate blockers when needed. A structured yet flexible mindset is required to balance detailed project execution with proactive communication and stakeholder management.

You will also oversee budget consumption and resource planning, while keeping stakeholders informed via comprehensive status reports.
