BNP Paribas Fortis is looking for an expert Project Manager Business / Business Analyst to support Daily Banking initiatives within its digital channels environment. The role is situated in the CCE-Individuals tribe, which delivers digital channels for employees and individual customers. The mission focuses on creating intuitive, engaging and high-quality banking experiences.

You will manage projects from initiation to delivery, including planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure. You will gather and document business requirements from stakeholders such as customer experience, marketing and operations teams. You will also collaborate with solution design and IT teams to ensure that the proposed solution fits the bank’s digital strategy.

This assignment requires strong project management experience, excellent stakeholder management and the ability to work with business, technical and executive-level stakeholders. You will manage risks, issues, budgets, quality assurance and implementation planning. The role is based in Brussels at Montagne du Parc.
