Description

Sibelga's Digital Business Solutions department supports the company's business activities and ensures its IT environment evolves with business and technology needs. The IT Service Management, Transition & ERP unit manages applications supporting HR, Finance, Purchasing, Logistics and Communication. Its ERP team consists of around fifteen project managers, functional analysts and developers. The team works with internal clients to optimize working methods and improve user experience.

The Technical / Functional Analyst SAP WM/EWM reports directly to the ERP Team Manager and focuses on logistics-related SAP solutions. The consultant analyzes requested changes, estimates workload and cost, evaluates possible approaches and assesses impacts on existing systems. The role includes making adaptations or developments according to established specifications. Service continuity and solution maintainability are central responsibilities.

The analyst also updates reference documentation, develops test plans, supervises testing, controls quality and ensures deployment. Incident and problem follow-up is part of the assignment. The profile requires expert SAP WM and functional-analysis experience, SAP configuration, ABAP/debugging, inventory and warehousing knowledge, plus strong communication and analytical skills. The Brussels-based assignment runs at a 100% work regime with a maximum of two teleworking days per week.
