Description

As a Senior Scrum Master – ServiceNow at BNP Paribas Fortis, you act as the key reference for agile delivery within your squad. You ensure correct application of the Scrum framework, protect the team from distractions, and help maximise delivery results in a complex banking IT environment. In this role, you combine agile coaching with strong delivery ownership.

You facilitate all Scrum ceremonies and support the Product Owner with backlog management and prioritisation. Acting as end-to-end Feature Delivery Owner, you prepare deliveries, track progress, manage timelines, and ensure commitments are met. You provide clear and transparent status reporting toward all stakeholders.

You coach and challenge the team toward greater autonomy and maturity, remove impediments, and promote continuous improvement. As an agile ambassador, you ensure alignment with broader IT strategy while managing risks and issues. The mission operates in a hybrid model with 50% on-site and 50% remote work.
