Description
Sibelga is implementing a strategic Energy Management System for RenoClick, the one-stop shop for sustainable and energy-efficient renovation of non-residential public buildings in the Brussels-Capital Region. The new SaaS platform will replace the current Energy Monitoring System and support monitoring, analysis and optimization of energy consumption. The Track Lead Business represents business interests from requirements definition through implementation, testing, go-live and adoption.
The consultant maintains the functional vision and ensures alignment between business objectives and the delivered solution. The role provides functional governance across requirements, tender specifications, evaluation criteria, supplier proposals, configuration and testing. It also validates supplier analyses and designs while maintaining traceability between business requirements and delivered functionality.
The assignment operates in a complex multi-stakeholder environment involving Business representatives, IT teams, external vendors, architects and security experts. The Track Lead coordinates workshops, user validation, change management and the dedicated Business team while balancing different business domains. The consultant also supports knowledge transfer, post-go-live continuity, maintenance and continuous improvement.

General skills
- Relevant technology/domain experience: minimum 5 years at Senior level
- Fluent in English
- Fluent in French or Dutch, with good command of the other national language
- Proven business track lead experience: minimum 5 years at Senior level
- Proven energy sector, energy optimization, IPMVP, or large real-estate portfolio management experience
- Proven energy/energy monitoring and large-scale energy management systems experience covering more than 1,000 buildings: minimum 10 years at Expert level
- Proven energy purchase and invoice verification experience
- Proven team leadership experience
- Proven public procurement process and Request for Proposal (RFP) experience
- Proven Distribution Grid Operator (DGO) experience

Technical skills
