Description

CAPAC is looking for an experienced Agile Programme Manager Automation to structure, coordinate and oversee its Automation Release Train. The role focuses on the digitalisation and automation of backend services while ensuring compliance with architectural and security standards. You will work closely with Strategy, PMO and operational departments to deliver strategic initiatives.

You will coordinate a multidisciplinary team composed of process managers, business analysts, developers and other specialists. Your responsibilities include prioritising initiatives, managing dependencies, ensuring roadmap consistency and aligning activities with organisational objectives. Governance, reporting and risk management will be key elements of the assignment.

Operating within a public-sector organisation with highly engaged teams, you will bring a pragmatic and results-oriented approach. You will help establish sustainable governance practices, facilitate knowledge transfer and coach internal teams to ensure long-term autonomy. Success in this role requires a combination of strategic vision and hands-on execution.
