Description

BNP Paribas Fortis is seeking an experienced AI Coach with HR expertise to drive the adoption and responsible use of AI technologies within its Human Resources department. The mission centers around translating data analytics into actionable HR strategies, while aligning AI tools with both business needs and compliance standards. As a facilitator and advisor, you’ll lead the transformation journey of HR teams toward more efficient and intelligent operations.

The selected professional will identify high-impact use cases, guide the implementation of AI-powered solutions such as copilots, and ensure successful adoption through targeted training and best practices. This hands-on role will also require maintaining close collaboration with central AI governance bodies and contributing to the continuous improvement of tools and methodologies. Strong communication skills and the ability to demystify technical concepts for non-technical users are essential.

In addition to your expertise in HR and AI, the role demands a solid foundation in change management and stakeholder engagement. You will empower HR staff through awareness-building sessions, hands-on workshops, and personalized coaching to foster innovation and optimize daily operations.
