The mission focuses on identifying concrete business opportunities where artificial intelligence can create value and turning those opportunities into actionable projects. The consultant will work in close collaboration with domain experts, technical specialists, and business stakeholders to shape and deliver high-impact initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, technology, and operational execution. It offers the chance to contribute directly to projects that influence the future of notarial services in Belgium.

The AI Project Manager will monitor developments in artificial intelligence, evaluate possible applications, and translate them into realistic and effective solutions. The assignment includes building action plans, managing timelines, following progress, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies when needed. The consultant must also challenge proposed solutions, test products, and actively contribute to the improvement of deliverables. Communication is a core dimension of the role, as progress and decisions must be presented clearly to different audiences, including C-level stakeholders, architects, technical experts, and business partners. Strong stakeholder management and the ability to navigate both strategic and technical discussions are essential.
