Description

BNP Paribas Fortis is looking for an Expert Business Analyst to reinforce the Fraud Cluster in the Customer Servicing and Efficiency tribe. The cluster provides tools to fight fraud and coordinates the bank-wide strategy against fraud. The wider tribe supports the bank's contact strategy through remote-contact solutions, process automation and fraud-prevention tools. The role therefore sits at the intersection of business analysis, customer servicing and banking fraud prevention.

The Business Analyst leads business analysis for features and OPUSes in line with priorities and scope set by cluster product owners. The consultant facilitates business-needs collection, coordinates contributors and stakeholders, challenges needs for efficiency, future orientation and strategic fit, and documents them clearly. The role also translates client needs into requirements for target solutions and ensures customer-experience aspects are covered. Functional analysis is performed when required so squad members can progress autonomously.

The assignment also covers delivery quality and adoption from end to end. The Business Analyst prepares and participates in testing, reports progress, defects and risks, and supports business onboarding by mapping needs to delivered functionality and monitoring go-live. Constraints, impediments, risks and issues must be identified, communicated and managed transparently. Success requires strong multilingual communication, stakeholder management, autonomy, analytical thinking and more than six years of relevant Business Analysis experience.
