Description
This Business Analyst Odoo assignment supports Ores’ transformation of logistics processes and aims to strengthen operational and financial inventory management. The consultant works on data reliability, inventory valuation, and the improvement of procurement processes. The role also covers logistics and accounting closings as well as physical inventories. The assignment is based in Gosselies and is full-time.
The role combines functional analysis, data analysis, and functional administration of logistics applications, particularly Excel and Odoo. The consultant develops dashboards, performance indicators, and automation tools while supporting users. Responsibilities also include incident resolution, user training, and support during changes to tools or processes. Strong knowledge of inventory, procurement, stock count, and valuation processes is expected.
The consultant contributes to major information systems transformation and ERP migration projects, from testing through production deployment. The required profile has proven logistics experience, at least five years as a functional analyst, and at least five years in the energy sector. SAP Logistics ECC 6, advanced Excel, and reporting tools are important competencies. SQL, Odoo, Power Query, and C1 English are preferred or advantageous skills.
