Elia Group is seeking an experienced Agile Scaling & Delivery Enablement Lead to guide a strategic transformation initiative across its European IT organization. The consultant will define, implement and roll out a lightweight federated scaled agile framework aligned with the existing Product Operating Model. This assignment combines strategic transformation leadership with operational responsibility as interim Delivery Enablement Chapter Lead.

The mission focuses on improving alignment between business strategy, portfolio management and execution teams. You will work closely with IT leadership, Product Management and delivery teams in Belgium and Germany to increase delivery predictability, strengthen agile capabilities and improve collaboration across organizational boundaries. The role also includes driving the formalization of secure software development lifecycle standards and integrating them into application lifecycle management practices.

This position offers a unique opportunity to influence the future operating model of a key player in the European energy sector. You will lead stakeholders through change, establish scalable delivery practices and help build internal capabilities in Agile, UX and QA disciplines.
