The role involves guiding the evolution of chatbot capabilities across digital banking platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user expectations. The consultant will manage initiatives from concept to delivery, ensuring seamless integration into existing systems. The mission includes gathering and challenging business needs from a wide range of stakeholders, including internal teams and end users. The Business Analyst collaborates closely with product owners, UX researchers, and technical experts to define solutions, processes, and functional architecture. In addition, the consultant contributes to defining acceptance criteria and supports testing phases including user acceptance testing.
