Description
NGI-IGN seeks a senior consultant to protect its data using Microsoft Purview. Protection must follow the classifications assigned by data owners. The implementation must comply with the Federal Information Security Policy (FISP). Strictly confidential data must, for example, be prevented from leaving the institute.
The consultant will set up Microsoft Purview and obtain the required security levels from the institute’s data manager. The scope covers Teams, traditional file directories and databases. The profile requires Microsoft M365 E5 administration expertise and hands-on Purview implementation experience. The structured skills section also requests expert Microsoft Defender, Microsoft E5 administration and Purview information protection, DLP and auto-labelling.
The hybrid assignment is located at Kortenberglaan 115 in Brussels and ends on 30 April 2027. The vacancy states six months, part-time 2/5, an estimated 50 working days and two days per week on site. Candidates need at least a graduate qualification in IT, three years with the stated Microsoft technologies, active Dutch or French, and active English. SC-400 certification or Purview DLP Applied Skills is preferred, and an additional document describing recent Purview experience and achievements must accompany the application.

General skills
