Tribe Payments is looking for a Senior Process Engineer to join the International Payments Connect Domestic squad. The squad manages and develops processes and systems related to international payments for domestic markets. The consultant will combine business analysis and process analysis while documenting a clear end-to-end view. The role brings together business needs, capabilities, technology and processes in an efficient and effective way.
As end-to-end process manager, the consultant will define and implement new business subprocesses and adjust existing ones in line with Business Architecture principles and the bank's strategic objectives. The role continuously improves processes for customer satisfaction, efficiency and risk management, while monitoring indicators and customer complaints to identify further improvements. It also includes defining needs for application changes, testing those changes, performing analyses and studies, and maintaining accessible process documentation. Compliance with Legal, Compliance, Permanent Control, General Inspection and other internal or external guidelines is an integral responsibility.
The Process Engineer guides changes by identifying needs, executing change-management activities and providing follow-up and user support after implementation. In collaboration with Business and IT partners, the consultant participates in ideation to select solutions aligned with customer and employee needs, bank strategy, simplicity, lean efficiency and risk management. The role operates in a multidisciplinary Agile team and contributes to defining, building, testing and implementing products or services within limited time spans. The consultant is expected to help deliver sprint stories, execute the prioritized backlog, organize work independently, estimate task scope and complexity, and commit to sprint or trimester planning through Agile ceremonies including Quarterly Agile Planning.
