Description

BNP Paribas Fortis is seeking a Senior Process Engineer for the Tribe Invest & Financial Insurances, which develops and maintains end-to-end investment solutions for the Bank's clients. The Tribe consists of 13 squads organized into three clusters, supported by three transversal entities. The assignment sits in the Advice Cluster and, more specifically, the Contracting squad. The team is addressing major challenges around digitalizing the investment offer, improving product accessibility and delivering important regulatory projects.

The Process Engineer acts as an end-to-end process manager for Contracting processes across investment portfolio contracts. The scope includes contracting flows, legal aspects of contracts, pledging, donations, contract activation and contract addenda. The consultant will define new business subprocesses, adjust existing processes and continuously improve customer satisfaction, efficiency and risk management. The role also includes process monitoring, analysis, documentation, application-change support and compliance with internal and external guidelines.

The role is embedded in an Agile multidisciplinary environment and requires close collaboration with Business, IT and operational partners. The Process Engineer contributes to ideation, delivery, testing, implementation, change management and post-implementation user support while helping the team complete sprint stories. The consultant organizes work independently, estimates task scope and complexity, and commits to sprint or trimester objectives through Agile ceremonies including Quarterly Agile Planning.
