Description

BNP Paribas Fortis is looking for a Senior Scrum Master to support the Sales Data Stack squad within the Channels and Customer Experience Enterprises tribe. This squad is responsible for transforming data flows between source systems and visualization layers to enable actionable sales insights and improved decision-making. As Scrum Master, you play a key role in ensuring the squad operates efficiently and follows Agile best practices. You help the team focus on delivering value while maintaining alignment with broader organizational objectives. The mission involves collaboration with other tribes, including the Data Hub tribe, to maintain synchronized delivery across teams.

In this role you coach the team in Agile and Scrum practices and support the Product Owner in maintaining an effective workflow. You facilitate key Scrum ceremonies, encourage self-organization and guide the team in continuous improvement. Removing obstacles and protecting the team from unexpected work influx are essential responsibilities. You also foster a safe and collaborative environment that promotes open discussion and effective decision-making. Strong facilitation skills and the ability to resolve conflicts constructively are therefore crucial.

Beyond team facilitation, you contribute to the orchestration of feature delivery and cross-team coordination. You manage dependencies, risks and delivery planning together with contributors and stakeholders. The role also includes organizing Scrum-of-Scrums meetings and reporting delivery progress at Delivery Board level.
