Description

Sibelga is establishing a Corporate Portfolio Office (CPFO) to strengthen enterprise portfolio steering and improve alignment between strategic priorities and execution. The Enterprise Portfolio Transformation Lead will play a central role in embedding portfolio governance practices across the organisation. The assignment focuses on enabling structured prioritisation, transparent decision-making, and consistent execution oversight.

The consultant will operationalise governance frameworks by translating principles into practical processes, templates, and routines. Responsibilities include implementing demand management mechanisms, integrating budget and capacity considerations into portfolio processes, and supporting governance bodies. The role requires close collaboration with strategy, finance, IT, and business stakeholders.

The mission offers the opportunity to influence how strategic initiatives are delivered within a major utility organisation. Candidates should bring strong experience in portfolio governance implementation and enterprise transformation.
