Expert Scrum Master - Alpha Credit (Brussels)

Description

Alpha Credit is looking for an experienced Scrum Master to support Agile delivery teams within its IST & Portfolio department. The consultant will act as the reference person for Scrum methodology, ensuring that Agile principles are properly understood and applied throughout the project lifecycle. Working closely with Product Owners, development teams and stakeholders, you will maximize team performance and delivery outcomes.

The role involves facilitating all Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives. You will monitor team capacity and velocity, support backlog management and help teams achieve their Definition of Done. Removing impediments, managing risks and ensuring continuous improvement are key elements of this assignment.

As an Agile ambassador, you will coach both teams and business stakeholders on effective Agile collaboration. You will foster self-organization, protect teams from external distractions and contribute to the broader Agile transformation within the organization. This hybrid assignment offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic financial environment while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
