Description

BNP Paribas Fortis launched a corporate culture transformation project in 2025 to support its 2030 strategic ambitions. The Senior HR Corporate Culture Project Manager will work alongside the Culture Strategic Lead during 2026-2027. The assignment focuses on the successful design, coordination, implementation, and follow-up of the corporate culture program. Strong project management, stakeholder coordination, communication, and reporting are central to the mission.

The consultant will coordinate project planning, timelines, milestones, deliverables, risks, resources, budgets, performance, documentation, and change control. The role also includes organizing workshops and meetings, preparing materials and action trackers, and following up stakeholder commitments. Culture diagnostics such as surveys, focus groups, and interviews must be coordinated and their qualitative and quantitative feedback consolidated. Reporting, dashboards, progress updates, adoption indicators, and culture-related KPIs will support sponsors and governance bodies.

The position requires at least two years of project management experience, a Bachelor/Master degree or equivalent experience, and strong organizational and project management capabilities. Excellent written and spoken French, Dutch, and English are required, together with strong MS Office skills including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams. The consultant should combine strategic thinking with diplomacy, customer orientation, attention to detail, analytical ability, autonomy, pragmatism, and perseverance. The work arrangement is hybrid, with 50% on site in Brussels and 50% homeworking.
