Elia is entering a decisive phase in its product transformation journey, aiming to strengthen its operating model and embed product management best practices across the organization. As Product Transformation Expert, you will support CMS and SITO teams by advising on organizational blueprint design and guiding the operationalization of transformation initiatives within business units. You will work closely with both contingent workers and Elia staff to ensure sustainable adoption.
Fully embedded in the PACE transformation team, you will act as a trusted advisor and sparring partner for product leaders, from directors to product owners. Your role emphasizes hands-on coaching, continuous product discovery, and evidence-based decision-making. You will help translate strategic objectives into actionable team-level outcomes while fostering accountability and psychological safety.

The Product Transformation Expert plays a central role in designing and deploying Elia’s Product Operating Model. Through research, coaching, and facilitation, you will help product leaders mature their practices and improve strategic alignment. You actively contribute to blueprint definition, pilot initiatives, and governance updates.
By diagnosing gaps between current and target practices, you embed practical tools and frameworks into daily routines. You support leaders and teams in discovery, stakeholder alignment, and capability development. Your approach balances hands-on contribution with long-term enablement.
