The Program Manager Business coordinates and delivers a set of related projects aimed at achieving clear business objectives within BNP Paribas Fortis. Working under the supervision of a senior manager and initiative owner, the role ensures coherence across projects and alignment with agreed timelines, budgets, and expected outcomes. This mission combines strategic oversight with operational follow-up across a complex and visible program environment. The consultant acts as a central coordination point between management, project managers, and stakeholders. It is a senior assignment with strong ownership and transversal impact.
The role includes monitoring project progress, consolidating the global status of the program, and identifying dependencies between initiatives. The Program Manager supports project managers on issues that have cross-project impact and contributes to the follow-up of program risks and broader challenges. Reporting to line management and stakeholders is an essential part of the mission, together with participation in steering committees and escalation handling. Budget estimation and cost follow-up also belong to the scope of the assignment. Compliance with internal policies and procedures remains a key expectation throughout the mission.
