Project Lead Business
Description
As Project Lead Business, you are responsible for executing a RIZIV project from identifying requirements through implementing the solution. You describe the current and future state of business processes and help shape future processes in line with the selected technology. You work according to the standards and methodology used at RIZIV. In doing so, you connect the Business, stakeholders and the development team.
You organize and lead meetings and workshops to gather information and understand and map business processes. You prepare the required deliverables and process documentation so the project team can use them directly for implementation. You organize product delivery according to requirements, quality, deadlines and budget and continuously follow up these objectives. You also propose solutions and explain their impact.
Throughout delivery, you ensure that the implemented solution matches what was described in consultation with the Business and that proposed solutions can be integrated into the RIZIV environment and working methods. You manage project communication and keep stakeholders informed in a timely manner about developments and potential issues. The assignment is full-time and hybrid in Brussels, with at least two office days per week and remote work within Belgium.
