Description

BNP Paribas Fortis is looking for an experienced Project Manager Business to support the HR Talent Strategy 2030 programme. In this strategic assignment, you will ensure robust project governance while coordinating key stakeholders across the Human Resources domain. You will act as the driving force behind project boards, decision-making processes and overall programme delivery. The position offers significant visibility within the organisation and contributes directly to future HR transformation initiatives.

You will oversee project monitoring, reporting activities and change management processes. The assignment also includes risk and issue management, budget follow-up and performance management responsibilities. Continuous improvement of processes and rigorous documentation management will be essential to ensure successful project execution. Your ability to maintain a helicopter view while remaining operationally involved will be critical.

This role is ideally suited for senior project professionals with extensive experience in Human Resources environments. Strong stakeholder management, communication and leadership capabilities are required to engage with diverse audiences. The assignment is offered in a hybrid setup with an equal balance between office presence and homeworking.
