Description

The Federal Police ANPR program is managed within the Directorate of Police Information and ICT (DRI). ANPR uses intelligent cameras to recognize number plates and compare them with available data. Several themes within the ANPR ecosystem aim to maximize operational effectiveness. The Traffic pillar is particularly important for road safety.

As Project Manager within the ANPR team, you will manage the scoping, planning, execution and budget monitoring of the GDM project within the Traffic workstream. You will contribute to a clear vision for managing fixed speed cameras and mobile radars in the sensor ecosystem. You will work closely with business analysts and assess collected information critically and constructively. This enables you to define an approach for moving from the AS IS to the TO BE situation.

You will coordinate actions toward stakeholders, facilitate communication and change management, and monitor timelines, budgets, risks and quality. You will report transparently, adjust planning where required and remain available for hypercare after implementation. You will also help establish procedures and documentation for smooth cooperation with the run organization.
