Description
Alpha Credit is seeking an Expert Project Manager (IT) to work within a Tribe organized in Agile Scrum mode. The consultant works under the responsibility of the IT Tribe Lead in a demanding banking environment. Delivery, security and smooth collaboration are central to the mission. The role is responsible for successful deliveries and alignment with the organization's strategic objectives.
The Project/Delivery Manager coordinates and oversees deliveries across the Tribe's various squads together with the concerned IT Tribe Leads. The consultant ensures commitments on deadlines, quality and budget are met in collaboration with technical teams. The role identifies and removes impediments and ensures deliverables comply with security standards and internal policies. Daily communication, reporting, dashboards and KPIs support transparent delivery tracking.
The assignment requires extensive IT project management experience and proven delivery management capabilities in complex Agile environments. Strong knowledge of Scrum, SAFe and Kanban, together with Jira and Confluence, is mandatory. Fluent French and English are required, while Dutch, banking experience, PMI/PMP knowledge and planning tooling experience are advantages. The consultant will work in a hybrid arrangement with 50% on site in Brussels and 50% from home.
