Description
As an IT Project Manager at Alpha Credit, you will operate within an Agile Tribe environment in a demanding banking context where delivery quality, regulatory compliance, and security are essential. You coordinate and oversee deliveries across multiple squads, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and commitments related to scope, timing, budget, and quality.
Working under the responsibility of the IT Tribe Lead, you collaborate closely with Product Owners, technical teams, and other IT Tribe Leads. You identify and remove impediments, ensure deliverables comply with internal policies and security standards, and work with Risk, Compliance, and Audit teams where required. Governance and delivery discipline are central to the role.
You are also responsible for communication and reporting, producing dashboards and KPIs and presenting progress to steering committees. This hybrid role (50% on-site / 50% remote) requires strong leadership, organisational skills, and the ability to manage priorities in a complex and evolving environment.
