Atrias is looking for an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to deliver several challenging projects in parallel from A to Z. The role sits in the Transformation department and requires strong knowledge of the Belgian energy market. The Project Manager will structure projects through Project Briefs or Project Definitions and keep planning, coordination, dependencies and resources under control. The assignment is based in Brussels and combines on-site collaboration with hybrid working arrangements.
A central objective is the deployment of a digital prepayment solution that interacts with the smart meters being rolled out in Belgium. Atrias acts as coordinator, implementer and orchestrator of this deployment. The Project Lead will oversee and enhance the existing project and its operational procedures. Success requires close interaction with internal and external stakeholders, project sponsors and project teams.
The role covers risk and issue mitigation, project communication, management reporting and continuous follow-up of the business case. It also includes scope and financial management, budget definition and follow-up, quality assurance and analysis of change requests. The consultant must create stakeholder buy-in and participate in touchpoint meetings inside and outside Atrias. Strong project-management methodology, coaching capability, multilingual communication and relevant Belgian energy-market process knowledge are essential.

General skills
- Must have: At least 5 years of demonstrable senior-level experience leading and guiding projects.
- Must have: At least 5 years of proven senior-level experience as a Project Manager.
- Must have: Demonstrable proficiency in English at minimum CEFR C1, with fluent communication in the project language.
- Must have: Minimum CEFR C1 in French or Dutch and minimum CEFR B1 in the other national language.
- Must have: Dutch-speaking or French-speaking at European CEFR C1 level.
- Must have: Possession of a recognized coaching certification, or access to coaching expertise and resources within the candidate's organization to support coaching activities effectively.
- Must have: At least 5 years of proven senior-level experience facilitating multi-stakeholder workshops.
- Must have: Proven experience coordinating project teams.
- Nice to have: Higher education degree (Master or Bachelor) with a technical/engineering background, or equivalent through experience.
Technical skills
- Must have: Demonstrable experience with the terminology, organization, roles and processes of PM methodologies such as Prince2 or PMBOK.
- Must have: At least 3 years of proven medior-level experience using a hybrid Waterfall and Agile approach.
- Must have: At least 3 years of proven medior-level experience in the Belgian Energy Market.
- Must have: Proven experience analyzing and defining detailed requirements.
- Must have: Proven experience with the customer-related settlement process domain.
- Must have: At least 1 year of proven experience with MIG 6 and/or MIG DGO processes.
- Must have: At least one of these certificates: Prince2 Agile, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), or Professional Scrum Master.
- Must have: At least one of these certificates: Prince2 Foundation or Prince2 Practitioner.
- Nice to have: Proven experience in a coordination role in a project in the MIG6 or MIG DGO context.
- Nice to have: Proven experience with at least one customer-related process domain: measure or billing.
