Description

The Scrum Master is the key reference for agile delivery within Alpha Credit, ensuring the correct application of the Scrum framework across IT projects. You guide and coach cross-functional teams, helping them maximise delivery results while protecting them from internal and external distractions. The role focuses on fostering agile maturity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

You facilitate all Scrum ceremonies and ensure smooth execution of the methodology. You support the Product Owner in backlog management, help teams deliver against the Definition of Done, and track capacity and velocity for planning and reporting purposes. Coaching the team toward greater self-organisation and removing impediments are core responsibilities.

As an agile ambassador, you promote best practices across the organisation and provide clear reporting to management on agile adoption. You also manage risks and issues, ensuring delivery remains aligned with objectives. The role operates in a hybrid model with 50% on-site and 50% remote work.
