Description
BNP Paribas Fortis is looking for an expert Scrum Master to support IT Production Security within the IT Continuity & Cyber Resiliency domain. This team helps improve the bank’s preparedness for major physical and cyber incidents. The mission contributes to the resiliency of critical activities, applications and infrastructure.
You will act as Delivery Scrum Master for features assigned across multiple departments. You will manage dependencies, issues, progress, budget control and implementation quality. You will also report progress to senior management and help stakeholders coordinate effectively.
The role requires strong Agile leadership, delivery follow-up and security awareness. You will facilitate ceremonies, support Product Owners and Initiative Owners, help remove obstacles and reinforce Scrum and Agile practices. The mission is situated in a strategic banking environment with a strong focus on cyber resiliency.

Project and Delivery Management
Strong delivery orientation with sound knowledge of project management methodology. Experience managing dependencies, planning, execution, issue follow-up, implementation quality and budget control.
Tooling and Software Delivery
Knowledge of agile reporting and follow-up tools such as Jira. Understanding of automated unit testing, automated functional testing, continuous integration tooling and software development methodology.
Security Context
Experience in IT Security, IAM, resiliency or cyber defense is preferred. The mission supports IT Continuity & Cyber Resiliency and contributes to security-related operational service delivery.
General Skills
The consultant must be proactive, resilient, autonomous and delivery-oriented. Strong communication, influencing, analytical and synthesis skills are required, together with the ability to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
Strictness in project follow-up, commitment, perseverance and a hands-on mindset are essential. The consultant should be able to coordinate stakeholders, support teams and help maintain a smooth delivery environment.
