Description
As a Senior Scrum Master, you will guide and support an agile development team responsible for digital communication across KBC's web and mobile apps. Your role includes coordinating daily operations, ensuring agile best practices are followed, and facilitating continuous team improvement through feedback and reflection. You'll work closely with the Product Owner and other stakeholders to ensure planning and backlog refinement are efficient and aligned with business goals.
The team you will support is part of the SAFE ART Customer Communication initiative and includes developers, analysts, testers, and managers. It is responsible for features like newsfeed, document inbox (combox), process tracking systems, and deep linking functionalities. Your goal is to create an environment where the team thrives, reaches its objectives, and continuously improves performance.
