Description

Within the FUTURO program, you play a key role in restructuring and improving the use of legal data in Eunom-e. You examine existing legal processes, pain points, and needs and translate them into concrete improvements. You improve data quality and structure while standardizing classifications, coding, and mandatory fields. You also develop dashboards and management reporting for trend detection, risk analysis, and topic detection.

A second major area of work is building a Legal Governance & Topic Management Platform. You establish a structured lessons-learned mechanism and help create and classify topics based on legal disputes, regulation, and operational observations. You link topics to actions with owners, deadlines, statuses, and escalation mechanisms. You also monitor open topics and overdue actions and facilitate cross-functional alignment through consultation bodies.

As Senior Business Analyst, you act as the bridge between legal services, IT, and management. You gather and map business requirements, translate them into functional and technical specifications, and prepare a complete functional analysis. You lead workshops involving multiple stakeholders and manage differing interests and expectations. The role requires autonomy, collaboration, strong communication, and sufficient IT and data-governance knowledge to ensure a smooth handover to IT/FA.
