Description

BNP Paribas Fortis is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join the HR cluster within the Tribe Transversal Capabilities & Functions. The team combines business and IT expertise to support a wide range of internal services and applications used throughout the bank. You will work in a multidisciplinary Agile environment alongside product owners, developers, process engineers and scrum masters. The mission focuses on ensuring the continuous improvement and reliability of critical HR solutions. You will become a key contributor to both strategic and operational initiatives.

In this role, you will gather, analyze and challenge business needs from a broad range of stakeholders. You will contribute to defining product concepts, business processes and functional architectures while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. The position requires strong analytical capabilities and the ability to structure complex topics into actionable requirements. You will also define acceptance criteria and support testing activities, including User Acceptance Testing. Documentation and knowledge sharing are essential parts of the assignment.

You will contribute to change initiatives, support incident resolution and help optimize HR processes and employee experiences. The environment includes internationally recognized HR platforms such as SAP-HR and SAP Payroll. A strong affinity with data analytics will allow you to support reporting improvements and data model design activities. The mission offers exposure to business transformation, HR technology and enterprise-scale banking operations. Hybrid working is possible, with a minimum onsite presence of 50%.
