Description

BNP Paribas Fortis is looking for a seasoned Senior Business Analyst within the Chief Operating Office of Finance to support its Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive program. The bank has integrated its CSRD editions into its 2024 and 2025 Annual Reports. The assignment includes aftercare and evaluation of the 2025 delivery while preparing the 2026 Annual Report edition. The analyst will also assess the potential impact and alignment of initiatives such as EBA guidelines on ESG risk management, Omnibus and PTP with CSRD.

The assignment combines regulatory reporting analysis, data analysis and project governance. The consultant will assimilate the CSRD framework, examine disclosure requirements, assess required data needs, compare them with existing data and perform or support data gap analysis. The role also involves setting up and animating CSRD ESRS stakeholder groups across Finance, Risk, Data, Business, Compliance, Engagement and Sustainability, Facilities and HR. Project plans, roadmaps and resourcing must be detailed and kept current, with regular governance updates and deadline monitoring.

The role requires 3 to 6 years of experience, strong MS Office and Excel capabilities, financial-services experience and a Master's degree or equivalent qualification. Excellent Dutch and English plus good French are required, together with strong conceptual, analytical, organizational, communication, leadership and people-management skills. Knowledge of ESG/ESRS Finance regulatory reporting, audit, internal controls, change or project management, BNPP tools and BNPP Fortis workflows are advantageous. The working model is 50% on site in Brussels and 50% homeworking, subject to exceptions during delivery or onboarding.
