Description

STIB-MIVB is looking for a Senior Functional Business Analyst specialised in Time Management, Payroll and Post-Payroll processes. The mission is part of the preparation for Belcotax 2.0 and eGov 3.0 – LTDS Declaration, which will significantly change Belgian social and fiscal declaration processes.

The consultant will analyse existing AS-IS processes in SAP S/4HANA and on the operational field, identify regulatory impacts, and translate them into clear business and functional requirements. The role includes workshops with HR, Payroll, IT, field operations and the social secretariat.

The mission also covers functional specifications, coordination between business and IT teams, test strategy, UAT preparation and validation of compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal profile combines strong SAP HR expertise with Belgian payroll, post-payroll and social declaration knowledge.

Technical Skills

SAP HR and Payroll
  • SAP S/4HANA HR, including Personnel Administration, Time Management, Payroll and Post-Payroll.
  • Expert knowledge of Belgian Payroll and Post-Payroll processes.
  • Strong understanding of Belcotax, DMFA and DRS declarations.
  • Experience with SAP interfaces to social security institutions.
  • Ability to analyse payroll data models, correction mechanisms and data quality controls.
Analysis and Testing
  • AS-IS and TO-BE process analysis for Time Management and Post-Payroll.
  • Functional specification writing for SAP HR adaptations.
  • Definition of functional, integration, UAT and data quality test strategies.
  • Test script writing, pre-UAT execution and UAT coordination.
