ENGIE is looking for a Senior Functional Analyst Billing specializing in SAP IS-U Billing and Invoicing. You will work in a multidisciplinary Agile team alongside marketeers, analysts and process engineers. You act as the bridge between business profiles defining requirements and technical profiles handling configuration and build. Your goal is to translate customer needs into cost-efficient end-to-end solutions.
You will realize solutions iteratively to support rapid time to market and immediate value. You will monitor and analyse incidents and defects, identify the actions needed to resolve them, and execute tests with other teams and colleagues. The role continuously seeks greater efficiency and excellent customer experiences. Functional analysis and functional specifications are key deliverables.
The role requires senior expertise in SAP IS-U Billing/Invoicing and knowledge of the Belgian utilities market and messaging. You must be trilingual in English, Dutch and French, with excellent English/French or English/Dutch. Strong analytical, dependency-assessment and end-to-end thinking are essential. You should also be customer-centric, comfortable facilitating meetings and presentations, and effective against Agile sprint deadlines.
