Senior IT Project Manager - FEDNOT (Brussels)

Description

FEDNOT is seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead a strategic infrastructure migration initiative. The assignment focuses on managing a large-scale server migration programme while coordinating numerous internal departments and external technology partners. The successful consultant will ensure project objectives are delivered on time, within budget and according to established quality standards.

You will act as the central point of contact for all project communications and will work closely with infrastructure, development, governance, finance and support teams. A key aspect of the mission is understanding business requirements, translating them into actionable migration plans and ensuring smooth collaboration between all stakeholders involved. Strong governance, reporting and risk management capabilities are essential.

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the digital transformation of the Belgian notarial sector. The consultant will operate in a hybrid working model, combining office presence in Brussels with remote work.
