Senior Scrum Master - BNP Paribas Fortis (Brussels)

Description

BNP Paribas Fortis is looking for an experienced Senior Scrum Master to support two Agile squads within the APS Service Availability & Resilience department. You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, coach team members and stakeholders, and ensure Agile principles are consistently applied. Besides Scrum Master responsibilities, you will also support Product Backlog management.

The role focuses on IT Continuity activities and requires close collaboration with Product Owners, technical teams and stakeholders. You will monitor team capacity, remove impediments and continuously improve team effectiveness while promoting Agile culture throughout the organisation.

This freelance assignment runs for one year in a hybrid working model with 50% onsite presence in Brussels. Candidates should have solid Scrum experience, strong communication skills and good knowledge of IT Infrastructure and Agile delivery.
